KAMU embodies the heart and soul of Chef Deshan Warnasooriya’s culinary journey. Growing up Sri Lankan in Britain, Deshan enjoyed authentic Sri Lankan home cooking alongside inventive fusion dishes. Inspired by his mother’s rich culinary expertise, he learned how traditional Sri Lankan spices and techniques could be blended with flavours from around the world to create something truly special.

From these humble beginnings comes KAMU, a vibrant Sri Lankan kitchen that brings the warmth of our family table to yours. Our menu celebrates both cherished Sri Lankan classics and familiar favourites, each crafted with a distinctive Sri Lankan twist.
